NEW Music Together make-up scheduler:
We allow 2 make-ups per child for the fall semester. Make-Ups are available on a space availability basis and must be taken in your current semester. They CANNOT be carried-over into future semesters. If the scheduler tells you there are no spots available in a given class it means all available make-up spots for that class have been assigned; please try a different class time, day or location or check back later for more availability.
PLEASE mark down the DATE you were/will be absent followed by your class location and time in the "current class enrolled in" section.
We often see an end of semester rush so try to schedule your make-ups as early as possible.  Please try to schedule make-ups at least 24 hours before the class meets. 
You can still use a make-up for an older sibling by registering your ENROLLED child twice for the same make-up class or register the ENROLLED child for their regular class. We will know then that you are bringing a sibling to your regularly scheduled class.

·          If you have 1 make-up to do and you need to bring a non-registered child with you, the charge for the extra child will be $15.00 in cash and you will need to call the office 24 hours in advance to register your older sibling for class. 

·          If you know you will not be attending your make-up class, please cancel it on the make up scheduler so another family can take the spot. If you need to cancel your scheduled make-up, please do so before 7am the morning of your make-up or the make-up scheduler will count it against you. 

DO NOT bring older siblings to class if they are sick.

To register for a make-up, go to our website at www.forevermakingmusic.com , click on Music Together classes and then the make-up scheduler  button and type in password FOREVER or go to http://make-ups.musictogether.com  and type in password FOREVER.  Then follow instructions.

No make-ups will be carried over into the Holiday session, unless you are registered for both Fall and Holiday!
